By visiting our website, submitting a repair request, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all customers in the United States and Canada.

Device pickup

Warranty on Repairs

We stand behind our repair work. Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship from the completed repair for [X] days from the date of service, unless otherwise specified at time of repair.

The warranty does not cover:

Refurbished Device Sales

Refurbished devices we sell are inspected, tested, and cleaned before sale. Each device is sold with a [X]-day warranty covering hardware defects unless otherwise stated. Devices are sold "as-is" beyond the stated warranty. We are not affiliated with original manufacturers, and refurbished devices are not covered by original manufacturer warranties.
